I mistakenly cut off part of Item 2 – Wayne C’s Motion. It should read:
At 3:52 Wayne C., DCM 0630 made the Motion: “To move the Area Assembly for the month of March to the 3rd Sunday every year to accommodate the Delegate travel time from NERD, to the Area Assembly.” It was seconded. There was a small amount of discussion. The vote was called for. The Motion passed at 3:59pm; with only one vote against, no minority opinion was given.
My apology for cutting it short.
